Pleasants Industries, Inc., a Virginia S Corporation, is pleased to announce that we are in the planning stages of acquiring land in Northern Ireland and in Western Senegal, in Africa. The corporate board of directors has approved business planning, foreign LLC business formation and a potential land purchase in early 2019. Development, construction and operation of a 6400 square foot academy and innovation labs in Northern Ireland and Western Senegal will likely occur in late 2019 to mid 2020.
We are also considering development of solar farms in Senegal in conjunction with our other business partners. We will also be engaged with other business partners in forming a number of rural renewable energy coops. Stay tuned for more details by the end of 2018.
